Breakouts usually show up around my temples and forehead, so I wanted to share my go-to skincare routine for managing them!
✨ I begin with hyaluronic acid from The Ordinary. Most people start with toner, but I've found applying hyaluronic acid first keeps my skin hydrated and smooth.
🌸 Then I use the Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Toner. I was skeptical at first, but after reading lots of positive reviews, I gave it a try—and I'm glad I did! It helps refine my pores, leaves my skin super soft, and has a lovely light scent.
🌙 At night, I apply The Ordinary's niacinamide serum. It's been great for tackling blemishes and fading acne scars.
🔹 When I notice a breakout forming, I dab on the Bubble 2% salicylic acid spot treatment. I don't use it daily—only when needed. It's effective without drying out my skin.
💧 To moisturize, I go with The Inkey List's Omega Water Cream. It's light, hydrating, and perfect for those who dislike thick creams. My skin feels soft and refreshed after using it.
✨ I finish with pimple patches—just using up a pack I got from Target. They work really well and are my final step when I'm dealing with flare-ups!
Consistency and the right products have made a huge difference in calming my breakouts and keeping my skin balanced. Everyone's skin is unique, but with gentle care and patience, clearer days are definitely possible!
